The fight for staying in the Premier League is going to be very challenging between Everton and Leeds for certain. Even though Everton are two points behind Leeds, I still see them as more advantageous. Because they have one more match than Leeds to play. If they manage to benefit from this advantage nicely, then they would be right ahead of Leeds by one point. But the rest of the weeks are still going to be very difficult for both teams. But I see that Leeds' remaining matches are harder than Everton's. This can cost Leeds the league.
Everton beat Chelsea last time out, so that should mean they're capable of beating anyone (except Liverpool and Man City). Their last 5 games all look winnable, the toughest being Leciester, who might be sidetracked by the European endeavours, and then Arsenal on the last day of the season, when Arsenal may no longer have anything to play for - end of the season is often a good time to play top teams.
