Vertcoin is ASIC-proof.

you say that until the first Scrypt-N miners hit the market.

N is just a parameter, and conveniently a power of 2. when ASIC makers integrate that into their chips, there's no stopping them...


Lol,at this rate,nothing is safe. But Scrypt-N coins don't have the required marketcap to necessitate the creation of ASICs. At this rate,the only algo's that seem safe are the Primechain and whatever Riecoin's running on.
