Those "clowns" are targeting 50% pre-mines without any guarantee of distribution the way it is claimed by the devs, not country coins per se. I'd strongly oppose them, if they did. It's none of their business if foreigners like Icelanders (or Portuguese for that matter) want a localized alt-coin.

The article you link to, is infested with U.S. centric ideological garbage, and so isn't to be taken seriously either.
