If you check his post history, You will notice that he is doing this same complaint about the problem on his account to other Casino here. His account was accused for fraudulent activity which is the reason for the delay of his payment. I don’t know if this is the same case for Bitlucy but don’t conclude without doing any research first.

If not then maybe they fixed the problem already but they should do it asap because if not then players will worry and many new players are starting to avoid this casino after that.
