I don't want to talk too much about this whole thing, because I know as much as you do. I also lost money on this exchange and am also a victim. Fortunately, I had all the e-mails confirming the deposits and I was able to prove my transaction and they officially confirmed that they wanted to return the indicated amount of money to me in the form of their token. Unfortunately, to this day, I have not received these tokens and I do not fully understand what they want to do with all of this. Which, unfortunately, worries me a lot.

Anyway, things are even worse with the Cryptopia and LiveCoin exchanges. There is no hope of getting the money back at all. This is the nature of the crypto world. We must learn that such a risk always exists and keep only as much funds on the exchange as we are able to lose, and above all, learn to diversify them into many exchanges and our own hardware wallets.
