That is not correct. As stated (look at 2nd stage) everyone must ask for our permission before initiating an investment. We will take into consideration the activity on bitcointalk, registration date, already invested amount and later on linked transaction checks. So ultimately it is an individual decission but we will check properly and charge small fees for any fraud attempt.



As for the beta: Right now we have an issue caused by the hosting provider on exocoin.org
Although our beta-VPS are not facing that issue (other provider and locations) we might delay our beta test. Additionally we are doing still final checks on that beta version right now and are in contact to the hosting provider. Please give us some time so it might be delayed some hours up to one day.
