Much better if they open new participants and ask old applications not to re-submit again, many new users who doesn't applied before no have any chance to be accepted.
Personally, I do not see anything good in it, @Best_change miss the opportunity to discover more new accounts that may offer higher quality than pool accounts. I also believe that the campaign gives high monthly payments and thus will be attractive to those who provide high quality posts.In general, we must respect the method of selecting participants, and welcome them to the campaign
