Bitcoin is not owned by anyone, it is purely decentralized so I don't find any chance for the bitcoin price to be as stable as fiat (dollars)...Why do you think Bitcoin's price hasn't stabilized yet? even if all bitcoins are bought by one person, it will not make the bitcoin price stable, the unchangeable supply of bitcoin also has a major effect on bitcoin prices which certainly cannot be manipulated like fiat.
