Gamdom is indeed no control with ut because the slot provider is the one who set's it. You should redirect your concern on slot provider support instead to gamdom since you have problem with there software limit.
Since the deposit was made to the casino and not to the slot provider then the responsible should be the casino. And if there is a problem with the slot provider then the casino should deal with him and not the user.
The slot provider offers a service to the casino, and if something fails isn't the customer's fault and he doesn't need to pay for the provider's mistake.
You should not trim my full post and reply on my selective statement because that’s connected to it. What I’m trying to emphasize was the casino has no control on whatever the slot provider max bet limit because I assume the OP knew the limit of the casino and he is claiming that Gamdom reduced it after he won more than the current allowable maximum limit. If the terms defined by the Slot provider is already stated on slot ToS. There’s no way a casino can change it by talking to them just like what you are saying on your post.
Your trim post of mine looks like you are claiming that I believe that Casino has no liability in case something happened on there slot which is not. They have full responsibility on it if there’s a malicious thing happened on there software.
@OP, You should provide an evidence that you saw the limit on the slot of gamdom that you play is really what you are claiming. This will help you o win your case if you are telling the truth since your chat conversation with them since they are claiming the max limit is as is when you play.
