Anyone can share any PDF file in the forum so it will be better to use Virus Total website to check the files is secure or not. But some member already mentioned about his plagiarism so I will not waste my time to scan that file anyway. But I think he just repharse someone else writings with his own words, but the source of that info should be mentioned too which is missing.
