Who is aware of such activity and who can't believe the management but promote that is promoting scam and the user is undoubtedly is a part of scam. And I want to say for this case not only a part of scam but s/he is directly scamming by promoting scam knowingly.1xbit has a really bad reputation right now. I think they should bear a great responsibility for that. They have come back to the forum, but do not resolve situations.
