Well, in my opinion this is a good list of quality altcoins to buy in bear market and good to see that you have added Matic in your portfolio probably you have found much potential in Matic personally I also prefer to buy Ethereum and Matic in this bear market because I think investing in these two altcoins might bring positive results in future whenever market recovers.
