No, the U.S. can't end this war as it can only be ended by the gang of warmongers in the Kremlin. So the question itself is pointless. It's obvious that most people here don't know the first thing about the history of Ukraine and its relationships with Russia. FYI, over the past few centuries, there have been 28 armed conflicts between the two, not to mention three man-made famines. Many of those happened before the U.S. even emerged on the map. Russia would have begun that war eventually whether the U.S. or the EU was involved or not, the reason has always been found - that's how history dictates.
