I doubt Pogba will move to Man City, it is Man United rival and Guardiola seems not interested in a typical player like Pogba. Pogba probably moves to another league (Ligue 1, La Liga, or Serie A). If he wants to have a better situation and play with a new motivation, he is better to move to a different league. I think EPL isn't the right place for Pogba, he probably more fits to play in Serie A or La Liga. But he also has a chance to go to League 1 if PSG is interested to hire him.
There is no doubt Pogba is good talent and any team will be happy to have him in his team with now next month he is going to be free agent most chances he is going into some big team like PSG or Real Madrid because these both can handle him without any problem with most chances he is going to join Real Madrid because it's the best option for his remaining career.
In last few years he spends here in Premier League he has never been in good touch which is the biggest concern for him so now leaving this league and going into some other place is not bad idea for him with most chances La Liga is going to be the best option for him as his style is also going to be fit here in this league instead of going for in any other team here in Premier League or French League both are not going to help him with his style of playing.
