There are other stable coins like BUSD, TUSD, UST and USDC to immediately take the position of USDT and I believe stable coin like BUSD that is more transparent ,audited , and known total amount in circulation I think it will do an excellent job by replacing the Tether USDT,
so let them do whatever they want to do with coin that's really fucked.
I guess this was why they were not being transparent with the total amount of USDT in circulation.

Well yes. But also it will affect the trust that people should have in such financial tools, and will make a dent in financial human history like no other before. They will need an air tight 'stable coin'.
