The problems we sometimes face in the society is that we easily point a finger at others to shift blame on them. We blame the government for not doing this or that, we blame our neighbors for a reason or the other. The truth is that even if we cast blame on other's the problem is still there, the problem will not leave if the person accepts the blame or not.
We should try our best not to compound issues, if our response to darkness is causing that darkness, then everyone around us will remain in darkness even the people that will succeed us will think darkness is normal. Instead of causing darkness or blaming others why not do the right thing to solve the problem at hand, even if the little we do didn't solve the problem at least we try our best to do good.
Sometimes we should look beyond what the government can give and think of what we can do to better our lives and the lives of the people around us, things we can do to improve the situation of our lives and of those around us.
Taking personal responsibility for ones actions is all well and good, but we need to point the finger at the government when it's not doimg it's part. At the end, we are not here for the government, the government is here for us (that's it's purpose), so if that same government is at fault and the cause of issues than simply reverting to ourselves won't do any good. Point the finger of blame to those that diserve it.
