He can speak as Elon Musk, trying to get attention or wants something from spreading FUDs. Whatever his statement, I don't think it will bring a big influence on the Bitcoin price. And I won't be surprised if BTC drops to $30k, $25k, or even $20k. We are in the bearish period, it is normal that the price of Bitcoin drops constantly. It isn't caused by Buffet's statement, it happens as it should.
