Let’s be honest with each other and realize that if this was a new place, NOBODY would play here, it would by far be the worst new place in all of bitcointalk.
That's true but it has already made its reputation and had made a lot of wagers and winners, so it has the reputation that it has built over the years. And that means that there are gamblers, their loyal players have stayed so, it's just all about the casino that's important to them, no need to go everywhere.
The only reason people showed some patience with it was the fact that we trusted it for so many years and that is why people wanted to make sure that they did the right thing and gave them some time but it wasn't used properly. All around a sad situation.
AFAIK, the problem that has been on it was the replenishment of their hot wallet but it seems that they're compliant and haven't seen any problem lately.
