I don't know why you suspect someone has bad intentions. It looks like the site is still under construction and the owner is listening to what Bitcointalk users say. It's rather good. I don't know what the micro earnings on gambling website is for, but I don't see anything wrong with that. The more options the better.
Under construction but did released their ANN Thread and starts luring players? and look at it now , OP has Gone long and not answering those questions?
if they are truly legit then why not address those question for their site best interest ?

I have checked, their bitcointalk, twitter and telegram were last active is april. Looks like they don't take their site very seriously. If it's still in development stage, isn't that the best moment for them to do their casino marketing,.But that's not what happened.
