! Firstly, in my opinion, this does not contradict in any way the rules of this forum, everyone receives merit according to their capabilities and knowledge. The Russians make it sound like "Everyone turns as they can"
Secondly, it creates good activity and gives an example to new users.
And in the end, people who share merite themselves have the right to think who to assign them to and who not. I don't understand the specific meaning of this topic? You look like an aggrieved child who's been robbed of a piece of cake.
