We are in a bear market already, so it's really hard to see some coins reaching a good price much more their previous all time high.

So short term, I doubt that it can reach 15k sats again. But if you really believed that this project is somewhat special and has something to offer to the market that investors are going to buy them, then it's best to invest it right now when the price is still very cheap and then HODL.
