Despite not been able to win the Europa League trophy. Is quite certain that Xavi have been a great help to Barcelona. However, Celta Vigo performance wasn't too bad, they got frustrated after getting a red card in the second half. While, Barcelona won the game, and strengthen their place on the standings.

Although Celta Vigo seemed to have more chances at goal, their poor finishing, especially from Iago Aspas, let them down. It didn't help that they were unable to keep things steady in the first third as well, with poor defending handing Barcelona two important goals. I must commend Xavi for what he brought to Barcelona. Barcelona’s form and performances have improved under Xavi and they are now second in La Liga, 7 points above second-placed Sevilla. It shows that they will get it right next season.
