in fact it doesn't exist yet. In fact I'm not sure any current network can compete with ethereum. They don't have what ethereum currently has, ethereum has a long history, has been able to withstand market extremes and has lasted several years. They are just a new generation, if ethereum is still being actively developed there is no way to replace ethereum. There have been many projects that admit they are the ethereum killer, in fact none of them are actually real.
