5Dimes (5deurope.eu) first banned me, then unbanned me and removed my IP from accessing their live help. I know this because I tried to access their live help with a VPN and it worked.
I was 2 hours talking with a guy called "Max" trying to understand how their "30% Super Saver" bonus works. My question was this: "How can you calculate an odd with the bonus".
The guy was dodging the question for 2 hours. His 2 answers were: "The computer calculates it automatically" and "It's a 30% bonus". I was replying to him that that doesn't answer my question and I want to know how to calculate these odds myself so I can make a careful decision on which bonus to pick. (No it's not as simple as just taking 30% from the odd)
We kept going back and forth with him telling me if I have another question otherwise he would end the chat and me answering that he didn't answer my question at all.
He started ignoring me and I tried to access other members by changing the chat topic to every other topic but I would end up with "Max" every time.
In a new chat I was telling him since he doesn't understand my question that I want to talk to another agent but he replied with "No". I also tried to be a Karen and asked him where his manager is and he told me that he is the manager
(typical).
On the 3rd chat talking to him I resolved this issue by asking him to search up different matches and tell me what the odds with bonus are since he didn't explain how to do the calculations. [odds difference wasn't huge with the bonus ex: 1.417 --> 1.42 or 1.192 --> 1.2 (decimal odds)]
But after that I made a huge mistake, I asked him if TerraLuna is a good investment to bring up his mood (price crashed to 5$). He said to me goodbye and removed the chat. Maybe he is a luna hodler we will never know.
I thought no biggie but noticed that couldn't login for like 10 min. In a couple minutes he seems to have unbanned me but I can't access the live help anymore. My theory is that he want me to deposit in other to screw me over and ban me.
The way he was talking really reminded me of Indian tech scammers from YouTube Channels like Jim browning, Scambaiter, etc. This was because he was using "sir" in every sentence and had an old white guy with matured hairline stock photo as his PF.
This guy could've easily caused "pain in my asshole" like Borat says by just confiscating my money if I deposited. I was about to deposit 3k$ and luckily I didn't. I think it's really risky now for me to deposit on this website and I have a feeling this guy "Max" will give me problems to withdraw.
What do you think about this and do you have any experience with them?
