As long as the casino still has money in its balance, then it will be safe for the gamblers because if the gambler gets a win and wants to withdraw the money, they will not have problems like delivery delays. So even if lightlord is inactive for some time it will also be okay as gamblers can still get the money if they want to withdraw it. That's the advantage of being an old casino they build their community and the community will support them in their hardest times, like what Bitvest is undergoing, they stop doing advertisements and promotions and focus on their members, I'm not playing on Bitvest but what I'm sure of is they are taking care of their business and they are taking care of their community.
They will only do promotions again if the number of their players goes down, but right now they are still good.
If they arent doing something in terms of marketing then we could presume that they are indeed still doing good in terms of their user base or they do able to sustain them despite of the issues that they are currently
experiencing now.True loyalist of the site will remain and the rest would really be having those kind of judgement which is something that isnt really that surprising.
For now i dont know if they had resolved the issues yet there are still people who do really still mentioning about their complaints.
