I would guess that having a lot of money would help you become a better trader though. How? Well, let's say you are a rich person, and you bought something and it went down, if you are rich then you could buy some more and make profit that way, if you are not rich then you would just focus on getting better buying prices because if you buy and it goes down then you would not have enough money to buy some more. That is the difference, rich people could wait longer as well, even if there is an emergency situation that they need cash for, they will have it and spend that, whereas a poor person doesn't have plenty of investment AND savings to use in an emergency.
