Yes signature campaign is one of the effective marketing to introduce a casino here in the forum. As we know those casinos (regardless if its new or old) who have a running campaign here are more popular compared to other casinos that has no campaign running. We dont have statistics to base on but its obvious that this strategy has a positive impact on their business resulting to its continuation even some of them has a short period initial plan for how long it will run.

Not just while you are new, signature campaigns are great if you have been here for a while as well. I have seen plenty of places that does signature campaign even though they have been one of the oldest casinos in the crypto world. All those places that stop caring about bitcointalk and started to look at other places for marketing because they couldn't get a good return from here and their signature campaign didn't pay back well enough do not realize that they are the main reason.
There is a company who has been around for nearly 10 years now, and they still do signature campaign, or another that has 5+ million dollar premier league sponsorship and still do, so the problem is not with bitcointalk for sure.
