Dear there are many projects that came up with even more catchy ideas but failed to deliver anything. I do agree that CATA has a very good idea but they need to show what they are doing. They are very much silent most of the time.
Its not a project that can be developed in days or week, developing a decentralized storage eco-system need time and skilled team. If you are interested in this project then better stick with them and wait for sometimes. The IPFS (InterPlanetary File System) protocol is extended to provide a decentralized storage system and you can imagine it will take some times.
