I think it's over, this is the biggest crypto scam ever. This scam is worse than bitcoinnect 2018. Many investors are trying to catch the bottom of Luna but all seem to be failing, Luna's devs continuously increase the total supply of Luna to sell off to investors. Binance has announced the termination of all transactions for Luna and will officially remove Luna from the exchange from 15.
