I don’t found any significant reason that could cause the increase price of litecoin this year. Once it was gained 3rd rank in crypto market because of its unique hashing algorithm, with its lite transaction speed of 2.5 minutes per block. But it suppose to be, its development got hamper and it doesn’t giving us any new thing now. Even in the comparison Between 2017 & 2021 bull run, when bitcoin and ether got 4x from previous bull run, litecoin still offering it with same price to us. So its hard to gearing up for litecoin this year when its already bear market
if you look at the lite coin chart scheme, I see big support in the $45 area, the current low is already at $55, so I don't think it's a bad thing to start buying it. and lastly the price has flown to $68, if the price comes back down then get ready to buy it, at least this year we will get a profit, even though the bull market is not here yet. because bitcoin is still bearish, making it more difficult for altcoins to develop
