CL, hmm doubt that but yeah he can build the Barca team better again. He can build a team who can win LaLiga title back to back but CL maybe because there are lot of good managers out now and lot of talented players so it is bit uncertain if they can find CL but  I will agree that Xavi is doing tremendous work in Barca regain their form back. It is a very big challenge when you have to build a squad out with not much budget as you have to pick and buy right players which will help Barca and also right tactics and to keep a check on players morale ..it's lot of work.
