If Embiid hadn't been injured, he probably would have played more aggressively, and the Heat would have been much harder to beat the 76ers. As for Harden, his performance in this playoffs wasn't impressive at all, and it looks like Embiid is disappointed in him. At least Embiid's comments during the last interview are no longer as enthusiastic as it was during Harden's trade.
That might be the case if Joel Embiid is just 100% healthy. It doesn't mean the Sixers will win the series but at least they can give Miami Heat a close competition on who will enter the Conference Finals. About James Harden, really expect some questions about his playoffs performance because people used to see him as consistent in having good playoffs stats even before.
Feel bad for Embiid. He always put his heart into every game and really serious about winning. One of the emotional players I have seen in an event of a painful loss. I think it's time now for Embiid to erase that loyalty as I'm sure he won't get any championship on Sixers.
Joel Embiid is the only one there who has the "Trust the process" mindset and I don't see anyone else having the same thinking.
