i was able to register deposit and play at duelbits with use of vpn . they hit me with kyc with withdraw request

If you have violated any of the rules stated in the T&C of duelbits like usage of VPN then they can deny you of funds but still you can try to contact the team but as above said it's the players responsibility to have a look at the rules of casino before registering and betting there.
