It's been half a year since this application has been pending. I don't think this application will be approved since BitcoinDream Himself is not active enough. Also, He left a note for theymos:

You may ask then why I am bumping this thread?
I was going to report some unmerited good posts from my local thread because I believe those posts deserve more merits. But, I realized that merit sources could not read our local posts, so it would be hard to judge posts' quality. I understand if they cannot read, how will they evaluate the posts? Even though LoyceV was looking for some good posts, he could not evaluate them because he could not read them.

In my opinion, In Bangladesh Thread, the Most recognized and active member is @Little Mouse. I would like to request him to apply for being a merit source so that we can get a merit source who can read and evaluate the posts accurately.
It's good to hear that your local boards are so active and there are many user who still posted it there. And also I think that it's a good choice to have a merit source in order to spread more merits to those quality posters like you, OP and mane other member of your local. But I don't think so if theymos will accept some merit source applications for now.
