very difficult unless they release new coins. but this method also has some risks. so I guess the chance of recovering is very low, even if done by any means. releasing a new coin without a 1:1 backed will just repeat the same problem. trying to buy back UST in the market requires a lot of money, and there will be another dump because there are already many who buy cheap.
