are the proposed changes actually happening.
Devs please makeup your mind. It seems we a5re changing direction everyday, constant tinkering will make everyone loss what little faith they have in pawn. will I see a return on my investment

The coin specs will be changed to the following..
Block rewards = 500 PAWN
Block halving rate =20,000 Blocks
Max: 20,000,000 coins
after which block, will we reduce the block reward?
after 8000 block or 20000 block?
