Everton lost balance after Calvert Lewin received a red card early in the first half, Everton managed to close the first half with a score of 2-1. Entering the second half Brentford appeared better, two quick goals from Brentford forced Everton to look for an equaliser, but the efforts of the Everton players did not succeed. Everton is still in a safe position, at least Everton must get four more points in two 2 games to survive in the Premier League.
being depressed in the first half did make Brentford try to improve their game in the second half. and the strategies implemented paid off. Brentford came out of the pressure and managed to make 2 quick goals midway through the second half.
a loss that Everton gets when they have to lose their players. and it became a hole easily exploited by the Brentford players to continue to apply pressure.
This defeat certainly hit Everton, although still safe at the moment but they still have pressure from Leeds and Burnley.
