Yesterday's match between West Ham vs Man City reaffirmed the fact that EPL match can be unpredictable, after conceding two goals which could have jeopardized their title bid had Man City lost that match, however they cameback and drew the match, credit to West Ham for putting up a good performance, I believe it's due to their aspiration to qualify for Europa league spot, I believe Man City will be very cautious when they play Aston Villa in their last match, a win will crown them champion of EPL  this season, however a loss will truncate their being crown the winner if Liverpool wins their remaining matches.
With the difference between Liverpool and Manchester City now only 4 points, it's certainly not a big difference for Liverpool class. They can take advantage of the game against Southampton very well. Moreover, Liverpool only needs to be ahead of every match where their remaining opponents are Southampton and Wolves.

Liverpool will surely win against Southampton but unfortunately for them after this game there is only one game remaining,they can win it too if they will play before City in the last week of the Premier League to put some pressure on them but I highly doubt that City will lose their title in the last game of the Premier League this year after leading for so many weeks.Nevertheless anything can happen if you just remember how Inter in Italy lost big their last game and also the title in the year 2000 in the Serie A,so anything is probable.
