I click on reset password, it sends me a link to my email inbox, I change it and when I go to log in again it tells me that the username or password is invalid. I have reset it 3 times already. Has something similar happened to you? Let's see if someone from support can tell me something.

It is strange because you already reset it 3 times. Besides that, usually, when we click the reset button, we can resolve the problem at once and after that, we will not have the same problem. I am sure they will help you right away to log in to your account.
