Try contacting again and maybe they will answer and also try creating an account on the site where you find it and ask them the provider. Maybe try to ask as a gambler there and not as a person who will start own casino. Maybe that's the reason why they did not answer as they see you as a potential rival and they may lose gamblers on their own site. I think there is a thread in Bitcointalk about prividers or a list of providers.
