I seem to have reinstalled electrum 1.9.1 after a crash and opened it with the wrong password or something.  No bitcoins found but when I try to open it again after un-installing/ re-installing its skips the restore from seed step. I can't correct the mistake.

I have 1.8.1 on a flash chip that works fine and shows the BTC all there.   but I've stuffed up my instillation of 1.9.1 obviously.  Help!
