There was a private Sale.. what was the sale price? VC's invested or...? Also what will the Public sale price be?

Private Sale allocation: 15%
Public sale In June, Allocation: 5%
There has been no official announcement on the sale price but I guess that will be determined
and announced at the time of the release of the Volare whitepaper which is expected this month (no exact date)
