I will quote your post for prosperity, because a post like this will draw scammers.. like a moth that are drawn to a flame. A true investor will post a detailed investment plan to only attract serious developers for his investment funds 

You should at least mention what type of investment projects you are looking for..... so that serious developers can contact you. 

What do you require from these developers (Project Plan / Face-to-face communication / Time frames etc...) So in short... give more details on what you want.... and how quickly you want a return on your investment.
