Well i managed to download it few days ago and loaded it in bitcoin core and it seems normal wallet.dat file. the address with balance is, 1NUW3z5z6cNs8Ltd2cN2BnxP92dySdcuG8
Usually you do not need to load a file into Bitcoin Core, it is enough to open in any text editor and look for the phrase name
I tried to search the address and it lead me to this site: https://allprivatekeys.com/wallet/3.53BTC

The market exists, but after initial excitement I am not sure if people are not tired of lack of success and if their business is still running. For sure they were able to earn some money (+ other's like satoshidisk which is/was used for hosting).
