You just shared a screenshot of your earlier post which doesn't really qualify as proof. If you legitimately lost your money, I'm afraid that you most probably will never see it again unless 1xbit makes an exception which is highly unlikely.
They will just provide various excuses in order to justify themselves. Also, don't waste your time seeking clarification from their shills since it's pointless.
Neither me nor you nor any shill can give a clarification in this case as 1xbit is a completely anonymous casino and no information will be reveled to anyone.
The only way to clarify this case is to contact directly with the security team. If user found Bitcointalk as the way of communication, this can be (probably) speed up by writing a private message to the support account:
