Sometimes we should look beyond what the government can give and think of what we can do to better our lives and the lives of the people around us, things we can do to improve the situation of our lives and of those around us.

This is exactly the statement said by the former president of the United States of America said in January 20th 1961 during his closing remark on a peace conference, and i quote as he said...

Code:
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.

And this statement teach us to always take responsibility and be productive, no matter the condition we may find ourselves, as the government no matter what can never provide everything for everybody

The government can not provide everything for her citizens but certain things should not be lacking and it is the responsibility of the government to ensure good roads, good health care, and good employment opportunities for her citizens. When these things are in place, the citizens can boast of good life and comfortability, other things can now be done by the citizens themselves. I will expect the government to do everything for me because I am unemployed and it is their fault.
