Major cryptocurrencies have been on a downfall this past week, as investors lost confidence on Terra (LUNA). Bitcoin, as well as, Ethereum, Cardano, and several other "blue chip" coins are being traded at a discount these days. This could be a huge buying opportunity before prices bounce back to their original levels. If Bitcoin is predicted to reach $100k, then imagine how altcoins will rise in price. Buying the dip might be the best thing you could do right now. If you're into crypto for the long haul, you'll know what I'm talking about.

That said, I'm curious to know if you're buying the dip? If so, I'd like to know which cryptocurrencies do you think are worth the investment for the long term and why? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
yes i always do that. but i only buy bitcoins. like yesterday when bitcoin touched 25,000, i bought a lot. and now I've got a pretty big profit. but I have never tried buying dip for altcoins because it is very risky. I don't know where the lower low is for the altcoins because when I thought it was bottoming but in reality the price dropped even lower. That's why I only focus on bitcoin.
That is not a bad idea. I do bitcoin, ethereum, bnb and those three are the only ones I have majority of my money. I like to throw in 10 to 50 bucks to some lower level projects as well, if it is in the top 200 then I may consider as much as 50 dollars, but usually when it is silly and like 3435th coin type of very low level then I just throw in the 10-20 bucks I have in the metamask, and just hope that it will do well.

But that is like just 10-15% of my whole investment. Rest goes to just the three big names and I believe that they will not go down too much. This is how I hope that I will get better because I know that even though they are volatile, they will be great investments in the long term.
