I believe in the new ATH. I see this from some of the bitcoin cycles that have taken place. Bitcoin always makes a new high after Halving. It seems that this deal is still going to go ahead. Next thing in 2024 let's wait. As for Doge, he as a follower of BTC of course if BTC goes up then other altcoins like Doge will also go up. We just need to practice patience to see it all happen.

Halving is like a tradition to btc and people are celebrating it because after every halving, there is always a price increase that happens.
