look at faircoin 50M cap vs 1B cap of community coin, that's 1/20

faircoin price is about 700(peak was above 1k satoshi), therefore 700/20 = 35 satoshi

personally i'm not selling under 50 satoshi per 1 COMM

so 1M = 0.5 BTC
