Every casino sites should active in the Facebook platform as like twitter or others social media because FB is the big community in the whole world, although i agreed Twitter is crypto friendly platform then FB, so that mostly gamble platforms are focused in Twitter to promote their sites. But i think also FB advertisements can be positive impact if promoting for the target users.
